Springfield Marine Explorer Fixed Height Locking Pedestal Satin Finish

The Springfield Marine Explorer Fixed Height Locking Pedestal is a boat seat pedestal (also called a seat post or seat base) for securely mounting a boat seat to the deck. It is a good fit for fishing boats, pontoon boats, runabouts and other small craft. It is a common choice for the driver seat position.

Key Features:

• Locking post design: The post is machined into the base for a snug fit, and the design is made to meet ABYC safety standards.
• Corrosion-resistant construction: It has an anodized aluminum post and a die-cast base, which helps it hold up in marine conditions.
• Fixed height: It is available in a range of heights, so you can choose the one that suits your seating position.
• Round base: The base gives a stable surface-mount platform for the seat.
• Trac-Lock compatible: It works with Springfield Trac-Lock locking slides and swivels. Unless a listing says it is included, the slide or swivel is sold separately.
