Teleflex Dometic Hydraulic Steering Hose Kit ID

The Teleflex Dometic hydraulic steering hose kit is a replacement outboard steering hose set for marine hydraulic steering systems. The hoses are engineered for SeaStar, BayStar and earlier Teleflex hydraulic steering helms and cylinders. They carry the hydraulic fluid between the helm pump and the steering cylinder, so they are a key part of a hydraulic steering installation, whether you are replacing worn hoses or upgrading an existing system.

Key Features:

• Custom-designed steering hoses for SeaStar, BayStar and previous Teleflex hydraulic steering systems
• Multi-layered composite hose construction rated for 1000 psi
• Swaged solid fittings with O-ring seals
• Very low thermal expansion, which helps keep steering response consistent
• Resistant to kinks and abrasion
• Meets or exceeds ABYC and SAE specifications
• Works as an upgrade for BayStar systems, giving easier steering effort

Application note: These hose kits are not intended for SeaStar PRO outboard systems or Capilano systems.

Dometic, which now owns the Teleflex and SeaStar marine steering lines, makes these hoses. Choose the hose kit in the length that matches your boat's helm-to-engine routing.
