Cummins (onan Generators) Straight Exhaust Adapter for

The Cummins Onan Straight Exhaust Adapter (also called a straight downtube adapter or exhaust tube) is a genuine Onan generator part. It connects the generator's muffler outlet to the tailpipe that carries exhaust out of the installation. Onan generators have a built-in spark arrester muffler and need a tailpipe or exhaust system fitted at installation. This adapter is the link between the two.

Key Features:

• Genuine Cummins Onan part made for Onan generator exhaust systems
• Straight design directs exhaust downward from the muffler outlet to the tailpipe connection
• Flange-to-tube construction bolts to the muffler flange and accepts a clamped tailpipe
• Steel construction made for the heat and vibration of generator exhaust service
• Works with Onan tailpipe kits, clamps and hangers to complete the exhaust run

Follow the Cummins Onan instruction sheet and installation manual when installing the exhaust system. A vapor-tight installation is quieter and safer. Choose the variant that matches your generator model and installation.
