Camp zinc rectangular hull plate anodes are sacrificial anodes (also called hull zincs or zinc plates) that protect boats from galvanic corrosion. A boat in salt water uses cathodic protection, and the zinc corrodes in place of the metal parts around it. The anode bolts or mounts to the hull or transom and shields submerged metal components.
