Camp Zinc Tear Drop Hull Anode Anodes/Zincs

Camp Zinc Tear Drop Hull Anodes are sacrificial zinc anodes that protect your boat's underwater metal parts from galvanic corrosion. The tear drop shape bolts to the hull, where the anode corrodes in place of your valuable metal components. Use them as hull zincs, or as marine anodes for saltwater boats.

Key Features:

• Zinc alloy construction made for sacrificial corrosion protection in salt water
• Tear drop profile designed for mounting on the boat's hull
• Mil-spec alloy: Camp zinc anodes conform to the U.S. Mil-A-18001 standard
• Made in the USA by Camp Company, a manufacturer of marine anodes
• Easy maintenance: a small amount of grease on the fastener threads makes removal easier at the next replacement

Zinc anodes work best in salt water and are not recommended for fresh water. Inspect them regularly. Replace each anode once about two-thirds of it has eroded, or at the end of the season, whichever comes first. Choose the model that suits your boat and mounting needs.
