Camp Zinc Shaft Collar Bore Plated Steel Anodes/Zincs

Camp Zinc shaft collar anodes, also called collar zincs or shaft zincs, are sacrificial marine anodes. They clamp onto a propeller shaft and protect underwater metals from galvanic corrosion and electrolysis. Zinc is the right choice for saltwater use. The anode corrodes in place of your shaft, propeller, struts, and other submerged metal parts.

Key Features:

• Split collar design clamps around the shaft, so you don't have to remove the propeller.
• Copper contact on each half keeps a permanent electrical connection to the shaft.
• Stainless steel nuts are pressed in and can't fall out during installation.
• Stainless steel Allen-head screws let you set the right hand torque. A lock washer secures them.
• Zinc construction gives dependable sacrificial protection in saltwater.

Camp collar zincs come in a range of shaft bore sizes, so you can match the anode to your shaft. Replace the anode once it has worn down. This keeps your running gear protected through the boating season.
