Scanstrut Low Profile Cable Seal for Cables Electronics Parts & Accessories

The Scanstrut Low-Profile Cable Seal (also called a deck seal or cable gland) is a watertight way to route electrical cables through decks, hull sections, roofs and panels on boats, RVs and other vehicles. The slimline design sits much lower than Scanstrut's standard cable seals. That gives a clean, flush look and a smaller mounting height.

Key Features:

• IP68 waterproof: tested and approved for outdoor use
• Low-profile design: mounts much lower than Scanstrut's standard-height cable seals
• Watertight sealing: a tapered bung forms a secure seal, and a closed-cell base seal adds waterproof protection
• Durable, UV-resistant construction: made from marine-grade aluminum or stainless steel, depending on the version
• No messy sealant: installation is simple and tidy
• Captive nuts: they simplify assembly and allow reliable repeat installations
• Versatile uses: suited to solar panels, light bars, rooftop electronics, antenna and transducer cables, and similar installations

Scanstrut is a respected name in marine and outdoor cable management. This low-profile range gives a neat, impact-resistant and long-lasting solution for passing cables and connectors through a surface.
