Seaview Cable Gland with Cover Powder Coated Stainless Steel Trolling Motor Parts & Accessories

The Seaview Cable Gland with Cover (also called a cable seal, CableClam or deck seal) gives you a waterproof way to route wiring through decks, bulkheads, hulls and other panels. It is a good fit for trolling motor, transducer, electronics and accessory cables on boats.

Key Features:

• Corrosion-resistant construction: Seaview makes its cable glands from UV-stable glass-filled ABS plastic, 316 stainless steel or powder coated 316 stainless steel. This line uses powder coated stainless steel covers.
• Watertight seal: A tapered rubber seal and a base gasket give a clean, watertight installation.
• Water-resistance rating: IPX6 and IPX7.
• No pooling water: The inner rubber seal sits flush with the top of the gland, so water has no place to collect.
• Low-profile design: The shape is strong and impact-resistant. It has no sharp edges to catch a foot.
• Easy installation: Each gland comes with a blank rubber seal that has a molded location to drill and cut. Captive nuts simplify assembly. You don't need to remove cable connectors during installation. Stainless steel fasteners are included.
• Multiple cables: Round glands can carry more than one cable. Each cable needs its own hole, with at least 0.125" of rubber around each hole.

The Seaview cable gland line comes in several sizes and finishes. That lets you match the gland to your cable and connector size for a neat, secure and watertight pass-through.
