Rupes Usa SKORPIO III Pneumatic Random Orbital Palm Sander Orbit

The Rupes SKORPIO III pneumatic random orbital palm sander (also called an air DA sander or dual-action air sander) is a professional palm sander for automotive refinishing and bodywork. It runs on compressed air. It is built to be very quiet, well balanced and low in vibration, so it stays comfortable through long sanding sessions.

Key Features:

• Quiet operation: Rupes positions the SKORPIO III as the quietest random orbital sander in its class.
• Strong, consistent power: The air motor is engineered to keep torque up, even when airflow is low or inconsistent.
• Ergonomic, lightweight body: The body has an anti-slip rubber coating for a secure grip and good control.
• Durable construction: It uses a Rupes-designed backing plate, precision bearings and quality components for long life in busy shops.
• Choice of orbit sizes: The line offers different orbit options. You can match the orbit to the job, from fast material removal to fine finishing.
• Dust extraction options: Configurations are offered both with and without vacuum extraction.

The SKORPIO III suits dual-action sanding jobs, from preparing body filler to final sanding of clear coat. The small orbit, high rpm and the right abrasives give a high-quality finish that is ready for paint and other coatings. It is a dependable air tool for body shops, detailers and refinish technicians.
