Hyde Tools Snap-Off Utility Knife with Retractable Blade

The Hyde Tools Snap-Off Utility Knife with retractable blade is a durable box cutter-style utility knife for cutting carpeting, drywall, wallcovering, cardboard, paper and foil. Snap-off blades suit fast-production work and everyday jobsite use. When an edge dulls, you snap off the tip to expose a fresh, sharp point.

Key Features:

• Snap-off blade design: Snap off the dull point to expose a fresh cutting edge. No tools are required.
• Built-in blade breaker: Hyde snap-off knives include a blade breaker, so you can refresh the blade quickly.
• Retractable blade with positive lock: The blade locks in position while you cut and retracts when you are done.
• Stainless steel blade track: The track helps the blade slide smoothly and hold up to repeated use.
• High-impact polystyrene handle: The handle is lightweight and tough for daily use.
