Shock Wave Sentinel Marine Suspension Seat Module

The Shock Wave Sentinel Marine Suspension Seat Module is a boat seat suspension base. It is also sold as the S5 Sentinel suspension module, and it reduces the shock of wave impact for boat occupants. It fits between the seat and the deck or pedestal. The result is a smoother, safer and more comfortable ride, and less fatigue so you can stay out longer and travel farther.

Key Features:

• 4-link suspension design adds lateral stability and reduces module flex under high loads.
• Fully adjustable air-sprung shock absorber from a performance suspension brand, with adjustable compression and rebound so it can be tuned for different payloads and sea conditions.
• Surge protection: 4 inches of vertical suspension travel and 1.5 inches of forward travel reduce the deceleration caused by wave impacts.
• Marine-grade die-cast aluminum construction with chromate treatment under a durable powder coat for corrosion resistance.
• 316 stainless steel hardware and high-life-cycle IGUS bushings.
• Simple construction with a minimal parts count.
• Easy to install and can be paired with almost any seat. It can be mounted on a riser box or a short, stocky pedestal.
• Designed and manufactured in Canada.

The Sentinel suits fishing boats, coastal cruisers, ski and wake boats, crew boats, fisheries boats and yacht tenders. Shock Wave is a Canadian marine suspension seating specialist. It supplies recreational boaters as well as military, government and law enforcement users. A high-pressure shock pump is needed to set the shock correctly for the occupant's weight.
