ARP Head Stud Kit for Toyota Supra

The ARP head stud kit is a cylinder head fastener upgrade designed to replace factory head bolts. ARP (Automotive Racing Products) is a well-known American manufacturer of high-strength fasteners for performance and racing engines. Head studs like these are often called cylinder head studs or head bolt studs.

Key Features:

• Head studs are designed to provide more uniform clamping load across the cylinder head and gasket than conventional head bolts
• Studs thread into the block and are not twisted during installation. This reduces thread friction and gives more accurate torque readings
• ARP makes its fasteners from high-strength alloy steels
• Rolled threads, a common feature of ARP fasteners, add strength and fatigue resistance
• Kits normally come with the nuts and washers needed for installation, as specified for each part number
• Designed to help hold head gasket seal under higher cylinder pressures in turbocharged, supercharged and high-horsepower builds

Use the assembly lube and torque procedure that ARP specifies for your kit. Choose the correct kit from the options listed on this page to match your engine build.
