ARP Head Stud Kit for BMW

The ARP head stud kit for BMW engines is a cylinder head stud and fastener set made to give a strong, consistent clamping load. It suits street performance, track and high-boost builds, and it replaces the factory head bolts. If you're building a turbocharged, supercharged or high-compression BMW engine, these studs help the head gasket seal under higher cylinder pressures.

Key Features:

• Replaces factory cylinder head bolts with studs, which apply more even clamping force to the head and gasket
• Made by ARP, a long-established maker of high-strength fasteners for motorsport and performance engines
• Rolled threads and tightly controlled manufacturing for strength and fatigue resistance
• Supplied with the nuts and washers needed for installation, as specified for each part number
• Studs thread into the block, so the threads are not repeatedly stressed during head removal and reinstallation
• Helps keep the head gasket sealed in boosted, nitrous and other high-load applications

Use the correct ARP assembly lubricant and follow ARP's published torque procedure during installation. Choose the specific kit for your engine from the available variants.
