Sea-Dog Line Dampening Butt Hinge Stainless Steel

The Sea-Dog Line Dampening Butt Hinge is a marine-grade stainless steel hinge for cabin doors, lockers, cabinets, and hatches. It has two rectangular leaves joined by a Teflon-coated pin. The pin gives smooth, low-friction movement with a high-end feel and helps stop rattling underway.

Key Features:

• Dampening design: the Teflon-coated pin gives precise, low-friction motion with anti-rattle properties.
• Corrosion-resistant construction: stamped 304 stainless steel stands up to marine environments.
• Flexible mounting: attaches to the abutting surfaces of a door and door jamb, or can be mortised in for a flush installation.
• Simple installation: installs with #8 flat head fasteners (not included).

Sea-Dog Line is a well-known maker of marine, industrial, and rigging hardware. This dampening butt hinge suits boat interiors and other applications where quiet operation and corrosion resistance matter.
