Product Details

The AP Products Excess Flow Propane Pigtail Hose connects a portable propane (LP gas) cylinder to an RV or other propane system. One end has a POL fitting for the cylinder valve. The other end has an inverted flare fitting that connects to a regulator or adapter with a matching female inverted flare connection. People also call it a propane pigtail, LP gas hose assembly, or propane tank connector hose.

Key Features:

  • Excess flow protection: The POL end has an excess flow feature. It is designed to limit gas flow if the hose or a connection is damaged.
  • POL x inverted flare connections: The POL end threads onto the cylinder valve. The inverted flare end connects to a compatible regulator fitting.
  • Flexible hose assembly: The flexible hose makes it easier to route the line and connect a portable cylinder to an auxiliary propane setup.
  • Multiple lengths: The product line is available in several lengths. Select the child item that suits your setup.

This pigtail adds fuel capacity for extended stays. It is commonly used to connect an auxiliary cylinder to an RV or motorhome propane system. It is a practical addition for campers, RV owners, and anyone running portable propane equipment.

Found what I needed

I have no issues so far but the real test is what happens next.

This is one of those rare cases when I'm really eager to provide feedback because every part of this purchase transaction was simply outstanding! It was easy and straightforward to find the item (helmet) and buy it online, the price was much better than competing stores, and I was so happy when it arrived on my doorstep a mere two days after I bought it! Communication via email was clear and informative, and the helmet itself I'm very pleased with and it was packaged securely and safely. I really appreciate all the hard work by Autoplicity to make this one of those truly good shopping experiences. Thank you!

Needed one replacement tire to match my existing set. Received the tire in two days. Good price with fast shipping, would highly recommend Autoplicity.

Great price on a hard to find item. Easy to order and checkout. Super fast shipping. I will purchase from them again.

Arrived earlier than expected. Shipping was a little more but it was a small order so that happens.
