Blue Sea Systems Circuit Breaker AC Flat Rocker

The Blue Sea Systems AC Flat Rocker Circuit Breaker line gives marine electrical panels a panel-mount AC circuit breaker that combines switching and overcurrent protection in one device. These magnetic hydraulic breakers are also called rocker breakers or panel breakers. They suit boat, yacht, and other AC distribution systems, and they work as branch circuit protection or as AC main breakers.

Key Features:

• Flat rocker actuator: The actuator sits flush in the ON position, which helps prevent accidental switching.
• Trip-free design: The breaker cannot be held ON during a fault current condition.
• Magnetic hydraulic operation: Trip performance is consistent and resists nuisance tripping from temperature changes.
• Multi-pole trip: On multi-pole models, all poles trip if any one pole trips.
• Hot and neutral switching: Double-pole models can be used as a 120V AC main breaker that switches both hot and neutral.
• Clear status indication: International ON/OFF symbols support vertical or horizontal mounting.
• Durable construction: Stainless steel mounting screws are used, and the breakers are rated for a wide operating temperature range.
• Marine standards: The line is designed to meet ABYC requirements, and select models are UL-489 listed for use on vessels covered by CFR 46.

Blue Sea Systems breakers are the standard protection devices in its electrical panels. They also fit other panel cutouts built for this breaker style. Choose the model that matches your circuit's amperage and pole configuration.
