Seastar Solutions Back Mount NFB Rack Steering System Foot

The Seastar Solutions Back Mount NFB (No FeedBack) Rack Steering System is a rack-and-pinion marine boat steering system. It gives boaters precise, responsive control. Seastar Solutions was formerly Teleflex Marine. The back mount design lets the helm and cable install together as a unit from behind the dash. In many cases, it replaces earlier Teleflex and Seastar rack steering without dash modifications.

Key Features:

• Patented NFB (No FeedBack) helm to help reduce steering feedback from the engine
• Four turns lock-to-lock for a precise steering feel
• Back mount design for fast, easy installation from behind the dash
• Standard 3/4" round tapered steering shaft works with common steering wheels
• Stainless steel cable output ends for corrosion resistance in the marine environment
• Accepts steering wheels up to 16" in diameter
• Single and dual cable configurations are available across the product line. Dual cable systems help minimize lost motion and add stability.

NFB rack steering suits many single-station boats with non-power-assisted outboard engines or sterndrives. Check the specific kit for its cable configuration and contents. A Seastar Solutions steering system is a dependable upgrade for a worn or outdated rack steering setup.
