Seastar Solutions TFXtreme Control Cable Volvo/OMC Replacement Cables

The Seastar Solutions TFXtreme Volvo/OMC replacement control cable is a drop-in mechanical engine control cable for throttle and shift applications. It is built for Volvo Penta engines with BRP/OMC-style controls and for OMC Turbo Jet gates with OMC side mount controls that accept the OMC "snap in" type cable. It is engineered as a replacement for the original equipment cable and uses your existing connection components.

Key Features:

• Splined-core design: The patented Xtreme splined core is made for easy movement and minimal lost motion. The ridges on the core keep contact with the inner liner low, so the core glides smoothly.
• Coated core element: The coating adds smoothness to the cable's operation.
• Durable outer casing: The black HDPE jacket resists UV and chemicals.
• Marine-grade fittings: The fittings are stainless steel and brass.
• Tight bend capability: The minimum bend radius is 4 inches, so the cable can be routed in tight spaces.
• Less drag and wear: The cable is designed for complex or long cable runs. It also helps any control operate more easily.
• Drop-in replacement: The cable replaces the original equipment cable and uses your existing connection components.

Several cable lengths are offered in this line, so you can match the length to your boat's installation. Seastar Solutions makes marine steering and control products. The TFXtreme line gives smooth, dependable shifting and throttle control.
