VDO Gauges Temperature Sender F NPT

VDO temperature senders (also called temperature sending units or temp sensors) with NPT threads give accurate readings for engine oil temperature. They work with compatible VDO temperature gauges. A sender screws into a tapped port on the engine, filter adapter or sandwich plate. It measures temperature and sends a varying electrical resistance signal to the gauge in the cabin or cockpit.

Key Features:

• NPT threaded body that seals in a matching tapped port
• Resistance-based sending design made to be read by VDO gauges
• Several temperature ranges and thread options in the product line, so you can match the sender to your gauge and mounting port
• Terminal connection for the gauge wiring
• Suited to applications such as street, performance, racing, marine and industrial use

VDO is a well-known maker of automotive instrumentation and sensors, and its senders are built for dependable service. Pick the sender that matches your gauge's temperature range and ohm curve. Also check the thread size before you buy.
