Mirka Coarse Cut PSA Disc Grit

Mirka Coarse Cut PSA sanding discs (also called sticky-back sandpaper discs) are aggressive aluminum oxide abrasives. They are built for heavy stock removal and demanding surface preparation. They work well for sanding lacquer and putty, glass-reinforced polyester and welding seams. They also suit paint removal and other coarse sanding jobs.

Key Features:

• Aluminum oxide grain for fast, aggressive cutting
• Specially reinforced F-weight paper backing for durability in heavy-duty use
• Progressive Bond™ resin-over-resin technology binds the grain to the backing and helps with edge wear resistance
• Semi-open coating helps minimize clogging
• PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) backing attaches to smooth vinyl-face backup pads and allows quick abrasive changes
• Flexible enough to follow rounded and curved surfaces

These discs suit automotive, marine, composite, metal and woodworking applications. They can be used on materials such as fiberglass, steel and other metals, hardwood, MDF, plastics and painted surfaces. Mirka is a Finnish abrasives manufacturer known for professional-grade sanding products.
