Mirka Abralon Grit Foam Sanding Disc

Mirka Abralon foam sanding discs are flexible, foam-backed abrasive discs for fine sanding and finishing. They are used to refine surfaces before polishing and to remove scratches left by coarser abrasives. Abralon is also known as an abrasive foam disc or fine finishing sanding pad. It is a popular choice for automotive paint correction, clear coat finishing, and composite and marine finishing.

Key Features:

• Foam-backed construction: The soft, flexible foam backing conforms to curved and contoured surfaces, so pressure stays even and the scratch pattern is uniform.
• Fine finishing performance: Designed to produce a smooth, consistent surface that is ready for polishing.
• Hook-and-loop attachment: The discs mount quickly on compatible hook-and-loop backing pads, so abrasives can be changed fast.
• Wide grit range: Available in a range of grits to suit different stages of the finishing process.
• Wet or dry use: Can be used in different sanding methods, depending on the job and the surface being worked.
• Dust-free compatibility: The discs are made to work with compatible interface pads and sanding tools, including orbital sanders.
