Meguiars Soft Buff DA Polisher Backing Plate

The Meguiar's Soft Buff DA Polisher Backing Plate (also called a dual action backing plate or DA backing plate) is built to hold foam and microfiber polishing discs on a dual action polisher. It spreads pressure evenly and consistently across the disc, which helps with defect removal and finishing.

Key Features:

• Even pressure distribution: Helps the disc work consistently for defect removal and finishing.
• Tuned outer edges: The edges are designed so the disc contours well over both flat and curved panels.
• Micro hook-and-loop attachment: Lets you change discs quickly and easily.
• DA polisher compatibility: Works with DA polishers that have a 5/16" diameter shaft.
• Made for Meguiar's discs: Designed to work with Meguiar's DA foam discs and DA microfiber discs, and it pairs well with the Meguiar's MT300 Dual Action Polisher.

Meguiar's is a long-established name in car care and detailing. This backing plate is a dependable base for compounding, polishing and finishing, whether you detail professionally or as a hobby.
