Shields Hose Clear Reinforced PVC Marine Tubing with Tracer Hoses

Shields Hose Clear Reinforced PVC Marine Tubing with Tracer is a heavy-duty clear marine water hose. Boaters use it for pressurized fresh water supply, washdown pump connections, and head intake. It is also known as clear reinforced vinyl tubing or marine water hose, and it carries a color-coded tracer stripe that makes lines easy to identify.

Key Features:

• Clear, heavy-wall construction: You can see the flow and spot fouling or air in the line.
• Polyester braid reinforcement: This adds strength and helps the hose handle pressurized systems.
• FDA formula vinyl: The compound is non-toxic, tasteless and odorless, so it suits fresh water applications.
• 250 psi burst pressure: The rating suits demanding onboard plumbing.
• Color-coded tracer: A blue tracer marks hose for cold water use. A red tracer marks hose for hot or cold water use.

Typical Applications:

• Pressurized hot or cold water system supply
• Washdown pump connections
• Head intake hose
• Sink, shower and icebox drain lines
• Vent lines and bilge pump discharge

This tubing is a dependable choice for boat plumbing, whether you are refitting a system or replacing an old hose. Choose the tracer color that matches your water system's temperature needs.
