Dexter Axle Electric Brake Assembly Hand

Dexter Axle electric brake assemblies are complete, ready-to-install trailer brake units. They are designed for trailers, campers, RVs, utility trailers, and boat trailers that use electric brakes. Each assembly is available in left-hand (driver side) and right-hand (passenger side) versions. This lets you replace worn brakes or upgrade a trailer axle.

Key Features:

• Complete assembly: includes the backing plate, electromagnet, brake shoes, hardware, and self-adjusting mechanism, so the brake is ready to mount.
• Electric actuation: the electromagnet is energized by the tow vehicle's brake controller. This gives smooth, proportional braking that follows the tow vehicle.
• Hand-specific design: each brake is built for either the left or right side of the axle. Order the correct hand for each wheel position.
• Trusted brand: Dexter Axle is a long-established North American maker of trailer axles and braking components, and many trailer manufacturers install its parts as original equipment.
• Durable construction: built for the heat, load, and road conditions that trailers see in regular use.

Replace brakes in axle-side pairs to keep braking even across the axle. Dexter Axle electric brake assemblies offer dependable stopping performance for trailer owners who want to restore or improve braking. Choose the specific child item for the size and hand your axle requires.
