Whitecap Industries Gas Spring Black Nitride

The Whitecap Industries Black Nitride Gas Spring (also called a gas strut or lift support) lifts and holds open cabinets, hatches, lockers and other doors on your boat. It also suits many other marine and general hardware uses.

Key Features:

• Strong annealed steel rod with a corrosion-resistant nitride coating
• Composite end fitting that works with the nitride-coated rod to improve corrosion resistance
• Heavy-duty steel body with a heat-cured black finish
• Sealed gas-charged design for smooth, controlled lifting and support

Whitecap offers this line in a range of extended lengths and force ratings. That lets you match the spring to the weight and size of the hatch or door you are supporting. Choose the option that fits your application.
