Martyr Anodes Mercury Outboard Anode Kit

The Martyr Anodes Mercury Outboard Anode Kit line gives Mercury outboard engines sacrificial corrosion protection. Each kit bundles the anodes (also called sacrificial anodes or galvanic anodes) needed to protect the gearcase, bracket and trim components. The anodes corrode in place of the metal parts they protect, which helps extend the life of your lower unit and engine hardware in marine environments.

Key Features:

• Complete kits that group the anodes used on a given Mercury outboard, so you don't have to buy each anode separately
• Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included with kits where the manufacturer documents them
• Anode material options for different water conditions: aluminum for salt and brackish water, zinc for saltwater, and magnesium for freshwater
• Aluminum anodes weigh about 50% less than traditional zinc anodes and are made for use in salt and brackish water
• Straightforward installation with basic hand tools

Martyr Anodes is a dedicated marine anode brand. Its kits suit boaters who want reliable galvanic protection for outboard engines. Choose the kit and anode material that match your engine and the water you boat in.
