Sea-Dog Line Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Wire Rope Thimble Thimbles

Sea-Dog Line Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Wire Rope Thimbles protect wire rope and line from contact with the load or hardware it is hoisting or attached to. They are used at eye splices and loops in running rigging, lifelines, pennants, and anchor lines. Each thimble keeps the eye splice from being crushed and reduces chafe and abrasion where the rope meets a shackle or other fitting.

Key Features:

• Stamped 304 stainless steel construction resists corrosion in harsh marine environments
• High sides help keep rope from chafing on the shackle
• Protects the eye splice from being crushed under load
• Reduces chafe and abrasion on wire and rope
• Suited to many rigging jobs, including lifelines, running rigging, pennants, and anchor lines

Sea-Dog Line makes marine, industrial, and rigging hardware. These heavy duty thimbles are built for repeated use on boats and in general rigging, where they help extend the life of your lines and splices.
