Whitecap Industries Gas Spring Stainless Steel

Whitecap Industries stainless steel gas springs, also called gas struts or lift supports, help open, close, support and dampen the motion of doors, hatches, covers and lids. They suit marine, RV and general utility uses. They give controlled, user-friendly movement and help balance the weight of the panel they support.

Key Features:

• Stainless steel construction resists corrosion in wet, salty and outdoor environments
• Gas-charged design gives smooth, controlled motion and holds loads in place
• Ball-socket style end fittings allow simple mounting
• Compact construction fits tight spaces such as boat hatches and compartment covers
• Multiple lengths and force ratings are offered across the product line, so you can match the spring to your application

These gas springs are a durable, low-maintenance choice for hatches, storage compartments, engine covers and other lift-assist applications. Check the specifications of the individual item to match the force rating and length to your lid or door.
