Viega MegaPress Stainless Steel Coupling Stop FKM Pipe Fitting

The Viega MegaPress Stainless Steel Coupling with Stop is a press-connection pipe fitting. It joins two lengths of stainless steel pipe without welding, threading, or an open flame. The internal stop sets the pipe insertion depth, so the pipe sits correctly before pressing. This is the coupling, also called a pipe coupler or press coupling, that you use to repair or extend a run of pipe.

Key Features:

• Stainless steel construction resists corrosion and suits demanding industrial and commercial piping.
• FKM (fluoroelastomer) sealing element handles a range of fluids and temperatures. Check the media and temperature ratings for your application.
• Integrated pipe stop positions the pipe at the proper depth for a consistent press connection.
• Press-to-connect installation is made with a Viega-approved press tool and jaw. It is faster and cleaner than welding or brazing.
• Viega MegaPress system design gives a permanent, secure joint.

Viega is a well-known manufacturer of press fitting systems. This coupling is intended for professional installers who need a reliable, repeatable connection in stainless steel piping systems. Several sizes are available in this product line.
