Seastar Solutions TFXtreme Gen II Control Cable Mercury Replacement Cables

The Seastar Solutions TFXtreme Gen II Mercury control cable is a marine replacement shift and throttle cable for Mercury Gen II 4000 series control systems. It was formerly sold under the Teleflex Marine name. It is built for the marine environment and uses the existing connection components, so it drops in as a direct replacement for worn or damaged OEM control cables.

Key Features:

• Patented splined core: Gives smooth inner cable movement with minimal lost motion, so shifting and throttle response stay precise.
• 10-contact-point cable core: Lets the cable glide smoothly in both directions.
• Heavy-duty HDPE outer casing: Black casing resists UV, salt water, oil, gasoline and other chemicals.
• Stainless steel and brass fittings: Corrosion-resistant hardware for long service life on the water.
• Tight bend radius: The 4-inch minimum bend radius suits complex or long cable runs.
• Drop-in design: Replaces the OEM control cable without changing your existing connection components.

These cables suit complex or long cable runs. They also let any compatible control operate more easily, with less drag and wear. Choose the child item that matches the cable length you need.
