3M Marine Adhesive Sealant Fast Cure Cartridge Epoxy Adhesives

3M Marine Adhesive Sealant 5200 Fast Cure is a one-part polyurethane adhesive and sealant made for the marine market. It bonds and seals boat hardware, fittings and structural joints, both above and below the waterline. Because it is a polyurethane marine sealant, it is often used where an epoxy would be too rigid.

Key Features:

• Fast cure: a moisture-cure formula forms a tack-free skin in about 1-2 hours and cures fully within about 48 hours
• Strong, flexible bond: the elastomeric polyurethane absorbs stress from vibration, shock, swelling and shrinking
• Watertight, weather-resistant seal: built for the demands of a rough marine environment
• Multi-surface adhesion: bonds dissimilar materials including wood, fiberglass, gelcoat, plastics and metals
• Easy to use: one-part, non-sagging, non-shrinking paste formula

Typical Applications:

• Portholes and deck/hull fittings
• Rub rail attachment
• Screw holes and stanchion supports

From 3M, this fast cure marine adhesive sealant gives boat owners and marine professionals a durable, permanent bond that stands up to constant movement and exposure to water.
