Chicago Brand Galvanized Wire Rope Thimble Thimbles

Chicago Brand galvanized wire rope thimbles protect the eye of a wire rope loop from pinching, abrasion and premature wear. A thimble holds the rope in a smooth, rounded shape. This helps the rope keep its form and strength wherever it connects to a shackle, hook, ring or other hardware.

Key Features:

• Galvanized finish adds corrosion resistance for indoor and outdoor use
• Grooved channel keeps the wire rope seated and supported around the loop
• Protects rope eyes by reducing sharp bends and wear at the connection point
• Versatile for use with wire rope clips and swaged or spliced terminations
• Available in multiple sizes to match different wire rope diameters

Chicago Brand thimbles suit rigging, cable assemblies, fencing, towing, marine, agricultural and general utility work. Choose the size that matches your wire rope diameter, and pair it with properly rated clips, shackles and other hardware.
