Quicksilver Water Pump Repair Kit for Mercury Mariner Outboards

Quicksilver water pump repair kits (also called water pump impeller repair kits or outboard cooling rebuild kits) restore cooling water flow on Mercury and Mariner outboard engines. Each kit is built around a replacement water impeller. Depending on the kit, it also includes the related pump components needed to rebuild the pump in one step instead of sourcing parts separately.

Key Features:

• Produced to meet Mercury Marine original equipment manufacturer specifications
• Replaces the water impeller and, depending on the kit, parts such as the pump housing, face plate, gaskets, drive key, seals and o-rings
• Impeller elastomers stay flexible across a wide range of temperatures through the boating season
• Designed for durability, with higher flow rates and cooling flow to help protect the engine from overheating
• Pre-assembled, comprehensive kits cut the time spent hunting down individual parts

A worn impeller or pump housing can lead to overheating and engine damage. Rebuilding the pump with a Quicksilver kit helps bring cooling performance back to factory standards. Refer to your owner's or service manual for the application and installation procedure for your engine.
