Solas Interchangeable Hub Kit for Rubex Propellers

The Solas interchangeable hub kit (also called a prop hub kit or Rubex hub kit) is designed for use with Solas Rubex interchangeable-hub boat propellers. The hub seats in the propeller's hub cavity. This lets one propeller be matched to different outboard and sterndrive gearcases by changing the hub.

Key Features:

• Rubber construction: the hub is made of rubber and has no plastic parts that can deteriorate over time.
• Reduces vibration: the hub seats in the propeller hub cavity to help eliminate hub chatter and vibration.
• 10° deflection: the hub flexes to reduce banging when shifting gears or striking a submerged object.
• One-piece design: the hub has anodized aluminum splines. Some versions are available with bronze splines.
• Secure fit: the hub will not spin inside the propeller.
• Reusable: the hub can be reused if the propeller is damaged.
• Hardware: installation hardware for the application is included, along with instructions.

Rubex hub kits are used with Rubex interchangeable-hub propellers. Each kit is made for a particular spline count, gearcase size and propeller series. Propellers are sold separately.
