Pico Wiring Waterproof Heat Shrink Tubing

Pico Wiring Waterproof Heat Shrink Tubing is a dual wall, rigid polyolefin heat shrink tubing. It seals and insulates wire splices, terminals and connections. It is a good fit for automotive, marine, RV and powersports wiring, where moisture, dirt and corrosion can cause electrical failures.

Key Features:

• Dual wall construction: the outer wall shrinks while the inner wall melts and flows into voids around the wire or connector
• Moisture proof seal: the tubing forms a waterproof barrier once it cools
• 3 to 1 shrink ratio: it fits over larger terminals and connectors, then shrinks down snugly around smaller wire
• Polyolefin material: it gives durable insulation and protection for wiring
• Wide operating temperature range: -67°F to 230°F

Heat shrink tubing is sized by its inside diameter before shrinking. Slide the tubing over the connection and apply heat evenly until it shrinks and the inner wall melts. This gives you a clean, sealed repair with strain relief and protection from moisture and abrasion.
