WIX Racing Filters XP Cabin Air Filter Panel with Activated Carbon

The WIX Racing Filters XP Cabin Air Filter Panel with Activated Carbon is a replacement cabin air filter (also called a passenger compartment air filter) built to clean the air that enters your vehicle through the HVAC system. It uses multi-layer media with activated carbon. The media captures dust, pollen and other airborne particles and helps reduce odors and exhaust fumes.

Key Features:

• Multi-layer filtration: particulate media is combined with an activated carbon layer.
• Activated carbon layer: helps absorb odors, gases and exhaust fumes before they reach the cabin.
• Allergen and dust capture: traps dust, pollen and similar allergens to improve cabin air quality.
• Antimicrobial protection: WIX XP cabin filters are designed with a bio-functional layer that helps resist bacteria, mildew and mold growth on the filter.
• Airflow: the media is designed to keep airflow through the heater, A/C and defroster working well.
• Panel style: a slide-in panel design that is generally simple to replace.

WIX recommends replacing the cabin air filter about every 20,000 miles or once a year, whichever comes first. Replace it more often if you drive on gravel roads, near construction sites or in dusty conditions. A fresh filter helps the HVAC system work efficiently and keeps the cabin air cleaner for everyone inside.
