Teleflex Dometic Pro Outboard Hydraulic Steering Hose Kit Hoses

The Teleflex Dometic SeaStar Pro Outboard Hydraulic Steering Hose Kit is a Kevlar-reinforced steering hose set for outboard hydraulic steering systems. Each kit includes two factory-assembled hoses, one for the send line and one for the return line. The Pro hoses are built for high-performance boats and for installations where steering precision matters, including bass boats and fast outboard rigs.

Key Features:

• Kevlar-reinforced construction: a multi-layered composite design adds strength while keeping weight down.
• Low thermal expansion: helps keep steering response consistent and precise.
• High pressure rating: rated up to 1500 psi, above standard hydraulic steering hoses.
• Built to industry standards: designed to exceed SAE and ABYC specifications.
• Kink and abrasion resistant: holds up to routing and repeated movement.
• Factory-swaged fittings: the solid fitting connection uses an O-ring seal with a metal-to-metal backup to the primary seal.
• Ready to install: the hoses arrive fully assembled with fittings on both ends, so no cutting is needed.

Dometic recommends using only SeaStar or SeaStar Pro hoses in SeaStar steering systems. Pro hose kits come with brass fittings as standard. Teleflex SeaStar steering is now part of Dometic Marine.
