Trident Marine Stainless Steel Worm Gear Hose Clamps SAE Size

Trident Marine Stainless Steel Worm Gear Hose Clamps are marine-grade hose clamps (also called screw clamps or hose clips) for securing hoses to fittings. They are made from AISI 316 stainless steel, a high-tensile alloy suited to wet, salty boating environments. They come in a range of SAE sizes to match different hose diameters.

Key Features:

• 316 stainless steel construction: the band, housing and screw drive are all 316 stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance in marine use.
• Non-perforated band: the band is smooth on the inside and has rolled edges. This helps it grip the hose evenly and helps protect the hose from being cut or pinched.
• Worm gear screw drive: the screw head is 7.0 mm, so you can tighten and adjust the clamp with common tools.
• SAE sizing: each clamp is identified by its SAE size, and the listing gives its clamping range, so you can match it to your hose.

Installation Tips:

• Measure the hose outer diameter before choosing a clamp size.
• For critical applications, use two clamps on each hose end.
• For larger inner-diameter hoses, such as exhaust hose, Trident Marine suggests its wide-band 316 stainless steel T-bolt clamps.

These clamps are a dependable choice for general-purpose hose connections on boats, including plumbing, bilge, raw-water and engine-compartment hoses. Select the variant that matches your hose size.
