Trident Marine Stainless Steel T-Bolt Hose Clamp for Rubber Hose

Trident Marine's stainless steel T-bolt hose clamps for rubber hose are heavy-duty marine hose clamps. They are made for critical connections such as wet exhaust and below-the-waterline hose runs. The long T-bolt design is made for Trident's thicker-walled black rubber hose products. These clamps give a strong, secure connection where a standard worm gear clamp may not be enough.

Key Features:

• 316 stainless steel band and housing for corrosion resistance in marine environments
• Extra-wide band spreads clamping force over a larger area for a positive, strong union and helps prevent hose extrusion
• Full 360-degree clamping surface gives even pressure around the hose, so it suits below-the-waterline connections
• 18-8 stainless steel T-bolt and nylon insert lock nut resist loosening and give high clamping tension with less installation torque than worm gear clamps
• Rounded band edges help protect soft rubber hose materials
• Long T-bolt ("L" series) is designed for Trident's rubber hose products
• Torque to a maximum of 75 inch-pounds
• Backed by a 3-year warranty

Trident Marine recommends using two clamps on each end of a wet exhaust installation, in line with ABYC guidance. Use them on exhaust hose, water hose and other marine hose connections where you need a secure fit that lasts.
