Trident Marine Stainless Steel Worm Gear Hose Clamp SAE

Trident Marine stainless steel worm gear hose clamps are premium marine-grade, non-perforated hose clamps (also called HD non-perf worm drive clamps). They are made from AISI 316 high-tensile stainless steel for dependable, corrosion-resistant hose connections in demanding marine environments. They suit general-purpose hose applications, including plumbing, sanitation, fuel and water lines.

Key Features:

• 316 stainless steel construction: the band, housing and screw drive are all 316 stainless steel for long service life around water and salt.
• Non-perforated band: the band is solid and smooth on the inside, so it doesn't dig into the hose.
• Rolled edges: the edges are rolled to prevent hose damage while allowing increased clamping force.
• One-piece housing: a compact, high-strength, one-piece housing gives one of the highest clamping force ratings of any worm gear style clamp.
• 7 mm screw head: the screw head works with a standard 7 mm driver for easy installation and adjustment.

Installation Tips: Measure the hose outside diameter before choosing a clamp size. For critical applications, double clamp each hose end. For larger-diameter hoses such as exhaust hose, Trident #720 Series wide band 316 stainless steel T-bolt clamps are the manufacturer's recommended alternative.

Sized to the SAE clamp size system, these clamps give boat owners and marine technicians a secure, hose-friendly seal that holds up in tough conditions.
