Rapala X-Rap Twitchin' Mullet Purple Chartreuse Fishing Lure

The Rapala X-Rap Twitchin' Mullet is a slow-sinking saltwater twitchbait, also called a jerkbait or inshore hard bait. It is the saltwater version of the Twitchin' Minnow. It has a wide, relaxed side-to-side action that imitates mullet, a favorite baitfish of inshore predators. It works in both saltwater and freshwater.

Key Features:

• X-style translucent body with realistic flash
• 3D holographic eyes for a lifelike baitfish look
• Slow-sinking, subsurface walk-the-dog action that runs about 1 to 2 feet deep on a cast
• Glide-and-drop retrieve that puts the lure into pockets where fish ambush baitfish
• VMC Coastal Black 1X inline single hooks come fitted from the factory

Anglers use it for inshore gamefish such as snook, speckled trout, redfish and striped bass. Work it with a twitch-and-pause retrieve around flats, bays and backwater structure.
