Rupes Usa Wetfinish Foam Abrasive Discs Grit Grey box Of

Rupes Wetfinish foam abrasive discs are made for ultra-fine finishing on automotive paint, and they also work on gelcoat. The discs are designed for wet sanding. They refine clear coats, remove minor defects and prepare the surface for final polishing. Use them as a foam-backed sanding disc or finishing disc in a paint correction routine.

Key Features:

• 3D pyramid microstructured abrasive: The abrasive surface is self-renewing. As the top layer wears, new sharp grains are exposed, so cutting stays consistent and the finish stays uniform.
• Wet-use design: The composition is optimized for wet sanding. It limits clogging and heat buildup.
• Gaps between abrasive structures: The spaces help clear residue and dissipate heat, which extends usable life.
• Soft foam interface: The foam backing adapts to surface contours. It gives flexibility and control on delicate, curved or contoured panels.
• Consistent performance: The three-dimensional abrasive layout keeps performance steady over the life of the disc.

Wet sanding with these discs after paint defect correction leaves the surface ready for polishing and can reduce processing time.
