The Sea Brackets Straight Trolling Motor Mounting Plate is built for the Garmin Quick Release Plate System. It gives you a strong, dependable base for installing a Garmin Force Kraken trolling motor. Use it as a trolling motor mount plate, bracket or quick release mounting plate.

Key Features:

• 6061-T6 aluminum construction for strength and corrosion resistance
• Primed, powder-coated and UV-protected finish to hold up against sun, water and marine conditions
• Designed for the Garmin Quick Release Plate System so the motor's mounting hardware fits the plate
• Accurately gauged holes let the bolts engage cleanly, for port or starboard installation
• Straight plate design for a clean, secure trolling motor installation

Installation Notes:

• Sea Brackets recommends 316L stainless steel hardware to prevent rust.
• Mounting hardware is included with Garmin's Quick Release Plate System.
• Use a Sea Brackets backing disk or another backing support system.
• Compatible fasteners are 1/4-20 or 5/16-18 flat-head Phillips machine screws, fender washers and lock nuts.
• The hardware length you need depends on the hull thickness, the backing hardware and other components.

Sea Brackets makes mounting plates that address the clearance and alignment problems common on modern boats. This plate gives you a corrosion-resistant mount for freshwater and saltwater use.
