Taylor Made Sur-Moor Mooring Buoy

The Taylor Made Sur-Moor Mooring Buoy is a traditional hard skin mooring buoy. It marks your mooring location and supports the mooring chain, which gives your boat a dependable anchor point on the water. It works well as a personal boat mooring buoy for saltwater or freshwater.

Key Features:

• Tough, seamless polyethylene shell with UV protection to resist sun and weather
• Closed-cell foam fill displaces water positively, so the buoy floats without inflation
• Hot-dipped galvanized steel hardware for corrosion resistance
• Reflective blue stripe improves visibility at night
• Sandblasted finish takes paint easily, so you can add your own identification markings
• Three-year flotation warranty

Important: Never tie mooring lines to the top ring or loop. Attach them to the anchor chain below the buoy.

Buoyancy ratings show the maximum flotation with the buoy fully submerged. The buoy can support about 50% of that value at the level of the blue stripe. Taylor Made built this buoy to hold up in demanding mooring conditions season after season.
