SEM Products Premium Extreme Blue Plastic Masking Film

SEM Products Premium Extreme Blue Plastic Masking Film is a multi-layer plastic masking film (also called paint masking sheeting or overspray film) for auto body shops and refinishing work. It clings to the surface it covers. This protects vehicles and other substrates from overspray, dirt, dust and other contaminants during painting and coating.

Key Features:

• Premium 14 micron film made from 100% virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE)
• Electrostatic, corona-treated film (48 dyne) clings to the substrate for fast, complete masking
• Specialty treatment gives good overspray adhesion with no paint flaking
• Works with both waterborne and solvent-based coatings
• Solvent resistant, and helps prevent bleed-through
• Odorless and insoluble in water
• Temperature resistance of approximately 120 °C (248 °F) for 1 hour
• Easy-to-dispense carton that also works as a dispenser

SEM has been an American manufacturer of automotive refinish and commercial coatings products for more than 70 years. This masking film is made for technicians who want quick, dependable coverage that is easy to apply on clean, dry surfaces or fully cured finishes.
