OilShield Heavy Duty Air Hose Reel Single Arm Assembly

The OilShield Heavy Duty Air Hose Reel Single Arm Assembly is a retractable rubber air hose reel built for automotive shops, garages, and industrial and construction work. Each assembly pairs a powder-coated steel single-arm reel with an oil-resistant OilShield rubber air hose. The spring-return design keeps the hose off the floor when you aren't using it.

Key Features:

• Powder-coated steel construction: 18-gauge steel resists corrosion, rubbing, and flaking.
• Single adjustable guide arm: The L-shaped base has groove reinforcement for stable support.
• 12-point ratchet spring system: The fully enclosed, multi-position mechanism locks the hose at the length you need.
• Oil-resistant rubber hose: The RMA Class A hose has a nitrile inner core and nitrile cover. It protects against oil, welding spatter, and grinding sparks.
• Leak-resistant connections: A brass swivel joint at the hose inlet helps prevent leaks, and the fittings are corrosion-resistant solid brass.
• Reduced hose wear: A reel stopper and non-snag rollers cut down on hose abrasion.
• Hose grip: Finger-grip bend restrictors give better control and added durability.
• Flexible mounting: You can mount the reel on a floor, wall, or ceiling, or on a truck or trailer.
• Warranty: The reel has a 2-year warranty and the hose has a 3-year warranty, as stated by the manufacturer.

The OilShield single arm hose reel is a durable, lower-cost alternative to motor-driven reels. It suits commercial and industrial compressed-air use and is a practical choice for professionals who want an organized, long-lasting air hose setup.
