Co-Fair Quick Roof Repair Tape

Co-Fair Quick Roof Repair Tape is a self-adhesive, aluminum-faced waterproofing tape for fast roof repair and re-roofing. It works as a roof sealing tape, leak repair tape, or flashing tape. Peel off the release paper and press it in place to seal leaks without mixing, heating or coating.

Key Features:

• Reflective aluminum surface that is UV stable and helps lower rooftop temperatures
• Thick rubberized asphalt adhesive that seals tightly at overlaps and around most punctures
• Multiple laminated layers of aluminum foil and high-density polymer films for puncture resistance and reinforcement
• Flexible enough to allow for building movement
• Peel-and-stick application with no coating required

Common Uses:

• Metal and flat roofs
• RVs and mobile homes
• Trucks and trailers
• Gutters and flashings
• Skylights, vents and other leak-prone areas

Application Notes:

• Surfaces must be clean, dry and structurally sound. Remove dust, dirt and loose nails or debris before application.
• The tape adheres to most construction surfaces, including wood, metal, fiberglass and fully cured masonry.
• Overlap side seams by at least 2 inches and end seams by at least 6 inches.
• The surface is slippery, especially when wet, so use caution when walking on it.

Co-Fair Quick Roof Repair Tape gives RV owners, contractors and property owners a quick, durable repair for common roof and leak problems.
