Iota Power Converter Battery Charger 12V DC

The Iota Power Converter Battery Charger line (DLS series) is a 12V DC AC-to-DC converter and charger. It does two jobs in one unit. It works as a clean, regulated 12V DC power supply for onboard loads, and it charges and maintains 12V batteries. It suits RV, marine, off-grid and auxiliary battery bank setups.

Key Features:

• Converts nominal 108-132 VAC input to about 13.4 VDC output for DC load operation and 12V battery charging
• Switch-mode technology gives a clean, steady DC output with tight line and load regulation
• Works as a power supply, running a nominal 12VDC load up to the unit's rated output current
• Dual Voltage Jack lets the unit act as a bulk charger at 14.2V when installed. This is not a smart charging mode, so monitor the battery while it is in use.
• The Dual Voltage Jack port accepts optional IQ4 Smart Controllers for smart charging of flooded, AGM or lithium batteries (IQ4, IQ-AGM and IQ-LIFEPO)
• Quiet fan operation and lower operating temperature
• Built-in protection against erratic line voltage from shore power or generators
• Reverse polarity protection against incorrect battery hook-up
