Lectrotab SX Smart Tabs

Lectrotab SX Smart Tabs are automatic trim tabs (also called boat trim tab systems or stabilizer tabs) for power boats. They combine the self-adjusting operation of the Smart Tabs line with rust-free, corrosion-free molded composite construction. They need no operator input while you are underway.

Key Features:

• Fully automatic operation: the tabs react to water conditions, boat speed and balance without manual adjustment.
• No electric or hydraulic hardware: there are no switches, pumps or helm controls to buy or maintain.
• Nitrogen gas-filled actuators: the actuators hold the trim plate down during acceleration to provide lift at the stern. The amount of lift depends on the actuator load rating and the trim plate adjustment made at installation.
• Molded composite construction: the tabs resist rust and corrosion and need no maintenance in fresh or salt water.
• Tracking ribs: the ribs help improve handling at higher speeds.
• Tunable system: the tabs can be tuned to suit the performance of your boat.
• Made in the USA.

Performance Benefits:

• Smoother, faster acceleration with less bow rise
• Lower time and speed to get on plane
• Improved handling, ride comfort and fuel economy
• Less porpoising and chine walking

Easy Installation: Assembly takes only seconds, and installation takes a few minutes. You need only a drill with a 3/16" bit and a Phillips screwdriver. The system requires no through-hull drilling.
