Martyr Anodes Aluminum Hull Anode

The Martyr Anodes Aluminum Hull Anode line gives boats sacrificial corrosion protection. These bolt-on hull anodes, also called hull zincs or sacrificial anodes, are cast from aluminum alloy. Aluminum is suited to brackish and salt water. The anode corrodes in place of your boat's underwater metals.

Key Features:

• Aluminum alloy construction gives cathodic protection for submerged hull metals
• Bolt-on design mounts directly to the hull
• Made by Martyr Anodes, which says its corrosion protection exceeds U.S. Military Specifications
• Martyr states its anodes are pressure diecast under an ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Aluminum is a sustainable alternative to zinc and helps protect marine ecosystems

Check each anode regularly. Replace it once it has largely worn away so protection continues. Choose the individual variant that matches your existing anode's shape and mounting.
